To create documentation or a title block; press new sheets from the View Toolbar tab. In the new pop-up window Revit has already some predefined title blocks uploaded. Just choose the one you prefer or upload a new one.
To create a new title block you may duplicate an existing one or create a new one. Edit the family and draw the outlines of the title box with the correct size of the paper. Afterwards you can add images information.
Text can differ in many ways, Once placed you may also change the font size, type, etc.
To insert view into sheets; just drag and drop from the project browser, then you can scale it.
to place a camera or creating renders either in axonometric or in perspective view. first place the camera in then point what you want to look at, it can be adjusted until desired view. you may also activate shadows and define the sun path and time for the rendering, you can define the quality and background, resolution, adjust exposure, etc.
you may also have the option to render in cloud which saves lost of time and you can keep working in your project instead of waiting for the regular render to be done, it can be sent to you via email or by the Autodesk account .
To create room legends, color schemes; We can create the rooms to quickly obtain a surface plane from the color scheme. If a room is not delimited we must close the room with the room separation line.
after defining the rooms we can create color scheme to define aspects such as the surface, name, volume, within a single plane then also we can add the legends next to the drawing.
